What is screen printing? It is essentially a squeegee transferring ink through a screen mesh stencil onto a substrate such as a shirt, hat, bag, board, etc. As simple as that sounds, there's a lot more to it then simply pushing a squeegee. At CPE, we use only the highest quality plastisol inks and can print up to 6 colors per project. We not only do spot color but also full process color CMYK, as well as simulated spot process. No mater how complicated your design is, we can find a solution for it!
There are other options besides plastisol should you want a different feel or special effect on your garment like discharged/water-based, distressed, puff, sued, glitter, foil, etc, please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

Our Screen Printing Process
Step 1: You provide us your design or vision in the design studio and we will optimize it with our experience to give you the best possible product. Your work is done and we take over.
Step 2: From your vision, we analyze the best way prepare it for print. This includes cleaning up images, analyzing thicknesses of line for screen, color separation, underbase, halftones, etc.
Step 3: We select the appropriate screen mesh/tension, expose your screens, and set up your project on the press.
Step 4: We print your projects. We flash-dry between screens to insure crisp colors and conveyor dry for 25-30 seconds to ensure the ink cures evenly on the fabric.
Step 5: We ship your products with a tracking number and you celebrate upon product arrival.
